Self-Guided Tours

Similkameen Valley Farm Tour
The Similkameen Valley Farm Trail is a self-guided journey along Highway 3 and Highway 3A through this seasonal landscape of growers, makers, and farm-gate producers. The trail spans 24 stops across three geo-zones: the Keremeos Bypass & Hwy 3A loop, the Highway 3 Keremeos fruit stand corridor, and the Highway 3 route east to Cawston. The trail is enjoyed best during peak seasons from June through October — start in Keremeos and follow the highway east toward Cawston, with a loop through the Bypass and Highway 3A stops along the way. Be sure to pack your cooler! The following list of farm stands is presented alphabetically.

Sip the Similkameen
More than a wine route, Sip the Similkameen is best experienced as a slow-paced road trip anchored along Highway 3 through the Similkameen Valley — a distinctive BC wine region where hot days, cool nights, relentless valley winds, and mineral-rich soils shape every sip with genuine character and depth. Beginning in Keremeos, the Fruit Stand Capital of Canada, and winding toward Cawston, the Organic Farming Capital of Canada, seventeen small-batch producers across three scenic routes invite you to discover true expressions of vintage and terroir — wines, orchard-inspired ciders, craft spirits, and house-made fruit sodas poured by the people who made them, on patios overlooking the valley that shaped every pour. The following list of producers is presented alphabetically.

Similkameen Valley Heritage & Culture Trail
The self-guided Heritage & Culture Trail Tour is coming. The Similkameen Valley has been shaped by thousands of years of story — and there’s no better way to experience it than by travelling throughout the valley. From the ancestral territory of the Syilx Nation and the living cultures of the Similamix and Smelqmix peoples, to gold rush ghost towns, Hudson Bay Brigade trails, BC Heritage site the Grist Mill & Gardens, and community museums in Princeton, Hedley, and Keremeos, the layers here run deep.

Mural Walks
The Similkameen Valley Mural Tour is coming — a self-guided walking journey through the region’s painted streetscapes, where local artists and community voices are transforming building facades into an open-air gallery. Keep an eye on this page as the tour takes shape.
