Hedley Heritage Museum & Visitor Info
The Hedley Heritage Museum is the local Visitor Centre. Stop by to pick up visitor brochures and find out what to do in the area, or stay a while and enjoy tea or coffee in the tea room, where you can also shop for unique gifts.
You may want to start your exploration of Hedley with the Museum, which offers historic mining displays, a 1904 cabin and barn, a heritage park with mining artifacts and picnic tables and a superb black and white photo collection.
Off-season tours are available with advanced notice. Call 250-292-8278 to book.
Our volunteer guides can help with family history research and tell you about the history of gold panning in the area. This is the ideal spot to scope out the Mascot Mine.
