Bears Fruit Stand has been a landmark stop at the eastern bypass junction in Keremeos for good reason. The stand carries a broad selection of seasonal fruits, vegetables, jams, and syrups through the growing season, and 10 flavours of ice cream make it an easy place to linger after loading up the cooler.
The real draw as summer turns to fall is the pumpkin display — one of the most photographed stops on the Similkameen Valley Farm Trail. Hundreds of pumpkins and gourds fill the front of the stand each autumn, drawing families, community groups, and road trippers from across the South Okanagan who return year after year to mark the season.
