Our days are for sun-soaked lounging, wine-tasting adventures, and the occasional cannonball into the pool. Nights? They’re made for stargazing, sipping something local, and forgetting what day it is. Located in Cawston between Osoyoos and Keremeos, BC, tucked away in the heart of the Similkameen Valley. Our lush desert oasis is a hidden gem offering a unique blend of tranquility, comfort, and natural beauty. Set on over 18 private acres backing onto the pristine Similkameen River and framed by the majestic Chopaka Mountains, our resort is an ideal destination for restful getaways, unforgettable celebrations, and everything in between.
If traveling east from Keremeos (about 8 km), turn right onto Sumac Road as you enter Cawston. If traveling west from Osoyoos (approximately 20 minutes), turn left onto Sumac Road in Cawston. Please note: there is a sharp turn off the highway — proceed with caution as visibility is limited and the turn is tight. Continue straight down Sumac Road for about 300 meters. Arrival & Room Access: As you arrive, pass Gate 1 (clearly marked) and continue to Gate 2, which is marked with a sign. Pull up to the fence at Gate 2, unhook the latch, and slide the gate to the left to open. Please be sure to close the gate behind you. Drive forward and park parallel to the barrels, following the posted parking signs to your designated area. Signs are posted throughout the property to help you locate your room. Each unit has a secure keypad lock with a keycard stored in a lockbox mounted just outside the door.
We understand that plans can change, so here’s how cancellations and refunds work for your stay with us: Free Cancellation Cancel within 24 hours of booking (and at least 7 days before check-in) for a full refund. Cancel 14+ Days Before Check-In: Cancel 14 or more days before arrival – Full refund. Cancel 7–13 Days Before Check-In: Cancel between 7 and 13 days before arrival 50% refund of your total booking. Cancel Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In: Cancel within 7 days of check-in No refund (reservation is non-refundable). Special Circumstances If a major event out of your control happens (like a natural disaster or government travel restriction), we’ll work with you to provide the appropriate refund or credit, following local regulations.
