Seven Stones Winery

Bold Wines. Breathtaking Views. A Legacy Rooted in the Similkameen Valley.

We invite you to visit Seven Stones Winery and discover a tasting experience beyond the ordinary. Step into our man-made caves for a guided tour that offers a glimpse into our winemaking process, a view of the vineyard, and the story behind the Legend of the Seven Stones. Then, settle onto our patio overlooking the breathtaking Similkameen Valley to enjoy a glass of wine and a charcuterie lunch while taking in the beauty of this remarkable place.

Crafted with Intention, Aged with Care

Perched above the rugged beauty of British Columbia’s Similkameen Valley, Seven Stones is a quiet discovery for those who appreciate exceptional, cellar-aged wines crafted with intention. Founded by the late George Hanson—a visionary dedicated to creating structured, character-driven wines—we continue to honour his legacy through careful vineyard stewardship and a commitment to letting the fruit speak.

Beneath the surface, our cool caves provide ideal conditions for ageing wines in French and American oak, adding depth, elegance, and complexity. From vineyard to glass, our small-lot, sustainable approach ensures every wine reflects its place of origin—vibrant, layered, and ready to savour.

Discover the beauty of the Similkameen, sip, by sip.

Tastings are $10 per person and are complimentary with the purchase of any bottle of wine.

Guided Tours – Seven Stones Winery offers guided tours of its distinctive underground caves, where guests can explore the cool, hand-crafted stone chambers and see the barrel rooms up close. The tour covers the winery’s history, the purpose of the caves, and the on-site winemaking practices, and also includes the telling of the Legend of the Seven Stones, a story closely tied to the property. The experience also includes a close look at the vineyard, where visitors learn what makes Seven Stones wines distinctive—from the unique growing conditions,  to the winery’s approach to crafting each varietal. A wine tasting can be added to the tour upon request.
