CoCo’s Mexican Bistro is an authentic Mexican Restaurant located at 255 Vermilion Ave in Princeton, British Columbia.
Our new menu features hand-crafted Mexican fare, created in-house with the best and freshest ingredients.
In addition to our regular menu, we also feature Canadian breakfast favourites and have a variety of baked goods to choose from. Our goal is to both please the pallet and the pocket, we offer high-value offerings and daily specials on food and beverages.
We are offering full-service breakfast and lunch six days a week and dinner from Thursday to Saturday and look forward to welcoming you all! Our Dining Room extends onto our patios and creates a great place to meet and dine in all seasons.
255 Vermilion Ave has a long history of serving great food and offerings to the Town of Princeton and to many thousands of visitors to our beautiful valley. Situated on the entrance to Town, the house now occupied by CoCo was built in 1940. Over the years the unique home has served as a residence and as the home to a variety of eateries and cafes. Its unique interior exudes the history of the house and a provides a charm both inside and out. A popular destination for both the community and many return travelers, CoCo’s Mexican Bistro is providing a new fresh option to our all our valued customers.
